Lately, I haven't had a run of good luck with customer service, but I have been pleased with my experiences with Speakeasy. They have put DSL into our new apartment, which has ancient wiring (almost tin cans and twine quality here) and phone outlets that probably are as old as the house (50 years, maybe?) They gave us DSL, were helpful, easy to talk to, and no surprises so far (knock on wood) as far as billing is concerned. This is my first DSL so I've been kind of clueless about the whole thing, and they didn't try to confuse me or upgrade me or trick me into something I didn't want.
I like my DSL. Nice internets, fast internets, go computer go.
