I'm not really a meatloaf person. I'm not too much of a red meat person, actually. But, oh, my god.
CASCIOPPO BROTHERS is my new favorite-place-to-go-after-dealing-with-mom for an easy-to-cook dinner treat. Meatloaf comes home, goes in oven, bakes for a while, and whee! Almost instant "real dinner."
It doesn't even have anything I'm allergic to in it... I don't think.
